We were pleased with the entire process, from the receptionist to the techs who installed the doors. We just purchased a new car which required syncing with the garage system. The next day they sent a friendly, competent technician who used the new a replacement transmitter to program the car and set it up in less than two minutes. He inspected the door systems and said it all looked good. We highly recommend!

Not the case. I'm so glad I spent time calling around and came across Ridgefield Door Systems because not only was their pricing the best in the area, the customer service was excellent! I had a quote within the same day and the door was installed within days of it arriving at the warehouse. I would highly recommend!!!

We were kept informed as to when the doors were ordered, when they arrived, and when they would be installed. The old doors were removed; the new doors and garage door openers installed, and the garage was cleaner than when the installation began.
